The City of Taneytown is accepting resumes for the position of Administrative Assistant for the police department. Requirements for the position include a high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Duties include answering phone calls and dispatching of patrol units, completion of bi-weekly timesheets, setting up and maintaining files for the Chief of Police and Police Department and general administrative duties. Must be detail oriented and enjoy working with the public. Annual salary range is from $32,773.69 to $36,887.08 plus benefits.
