Our annual Fishing Derby will take place on Saturday, May 15 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Roberts Mill Park pond. This is open to all children under the age of 16 (fishing license not required)! Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. Age groups are: 5 and under; 6 to 8; 9 to 12; and 13 to 15. Every contestant receives a door prize at the end of the Derby, and the top 3 contestants in each age group with the largest fish caught win a rod & reel set! The Taneytown Lions Club will be there to give each contestant a free hot dog and drink at the end of the event! Come join us!
